You must start small because your body is not used to these movements.  Form is extremely important and must be maintained continuously.  If you do an exercise sloppily it will most definitely lead to a pull or problem.  You must first warm your body up a bit with cardio.  Start with taking walks; perhaps for 15 minutes.</description>

		<description>Increase the amount of time and pace of your walking routine slowly, as you become more fit.  When you get home, stretch and do your sit ups.  Perhaps start with just 20 using perfect form. (see my video on sit ups for suggestions). Do only basic crunches at first and practice tensing your stomach muscles and pressing them into the floor.  Do sit ups every other day and increase the number you do as you become used to them to challenge your body.  Baby steps and you will get there.</description>
