Because it it summer I recently wanted to start working on my abs to try to achieve a flatter tummy. I searched online, but it’s hard to understand what some of the exercises ask you to do, so of course I went to youtube, where low and be hold I found your videos. I must say I am very glad I finally found a workout that looks pretty simple to do. Thank you, I know that your videos will help a lot of people achieve their goals.
