    its amazing eat right like this everyday and do some reverse crunches some some kinda ab wheel work out some cardio works outs that require you to sprint for short periods until you tire and some love handle work outs and stretching yes stretching makes it better combinate that with some deep breathing stomach works out check matt furey for this and you will be amazed at your body in 2 weeks time

    @arKat17 That’s probably because bodybuilding and/or overexercising cause adrenal fatigue, which causes fat-weight gain around your middle. Heal the adrenals, slim your waistline.

    One thing they don’t tell you about bodybuilding is… after you stop bodybuilding… it seems as if every single amount of fat you’ve ever gained is gravitized to your love handles and stomach. Now i’m fucked and have to get back into working out hardcore again. After bodybuilding and taking a break… getting back in the gym seems like a huge piece of work.

    I drank tons of water, ate eggs, sausage, bacon and a cup of milk once a day and 4 pop tarts once a day. Jumped on a trampoline for 5min with 10lbs dumbells and used a reg. treadmill for 10min. I was thin, ripped and stronger than I had ever been in my life, had tons of energy. I did it out of boredom and it was obviously nothing compared to my prior military training regimens. I always tended to do this routine around midnight. Yo, yelkaim1…what gives, bro? Could you explain it? Thx.

    @xXFL4WL3Ss Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day. by small meaning small portions of what ur eating, eat whatever u want but cut the unhealthy foods, exercise 4 -5 days a week for an hour or 30-40 minutes. do cardio workouts because they’re much more effective for bodyweight. Thats it really. oh and… include proteins in ur diet..

    my problem is … is try to have a good diet but …in the morning i get up at 6 and have to leav house at 6:45 . ther is no time for a breakfast … then in school the food isn’t that healty but i have to pay for it so I eat it … and at home my mom always force me to eat somthin too .:( so what should i do ?

    can someone tell me what to eat seriously, I stopped eating junk food all the candy chips,pop all that I stopped that, I stopped eating Rice completely, and I still havnt lose any pounds, and I also exersive 2-3 times a week and still nothing??? should I stop eating bread, what should I eat besides fruits and veg. that is gonna get me full??someone help plz thxxxx

    how about whole grain bread, with sliced chicken breast??? What are other raw foods besides sushi? and is fat free milk a no go?

    @pattinder So? The body needs calories to store energy. Also, there is a huge difference between the calories from say, raw spinnach, then there is in that Big Mac you’re eating.

    @stevenduggan There is no such thing as single-target fat burning. If you want to loose the love handles, you have to lower your overall body fat. The love handles being lost are simply the by-product of this.

    you said theres no exersize to burn the lovehandles, but if eat raw foods iwill lose weight everywhere which i dont need. so by focusing on an area, and eating relativly healthily, surely can lose pockets of fat on the sides???
