Can I Really Get A Six Pack Abs Using This Diet?

I just saw this video on youtube that gigves a lot of information on using “carb rotation diet” to get six packs.

What do you think… will it work? i would like you guyz to see it and comment about it. Thanks for the help

    I don’t think you can get a six pack with a diet alone- you need to also do crunches and exercise.

    Diet doesn’t affect your muscles’ contractions, so I would say no.
    Abs needs to be exercised in order to be worked and contracted to develop muscular figures.

    I didn’t bother to look at the videos, because Diet doesn’t mandate 6-packs…

    By following that diet, it will probably help you quite a bit on getting a six pack. The protein is used to help build muscle, and its common knowledge that you want to stay away from gaining fat if you are trying to build abs.

    First…Yes… I think its a great video. It’s not just a bunch of music. The guy really gives out some REAL good information.

    Second… getting six pack abs is all about diet and exercise. You can’t just exercise fat away there is no such thing as “spot reduction” that old wives tale was debunked ages ago.

    I found another web site that I found very interesting and offers a lot of free information on the 6 pack abs diet.
