Can anyone tell me what sort of diet I should have if I want to put on muscle and get a six pack abs?

what sort of food should I have? What foods should I ignore? when should I eat and how many times etc. Im trying to get a good set of abs and other muscles Im doing excersise everyday but I just need a good knowledge on the right nurtition and diet

    more protein
    and eat more often 6 small meals a day.

    You would need to eat protein and then hit the weights to build up the muscle.

    That’s quite easy. Just exercise, use portion control, and stay away form fatty and sugary foods. I can tell you it worked for me!!

    Well protein and a lot of crunches. Trust me, If you do at least 40 crunches a day on each portion of the stomach area you will see results in two weeks!
