The featured exercise here is the kettlebell clean and press done with one kettlebell. While doing this you can either pull the weight off of the ground (known as the dead clean) or you can swing it between your legs (known as the hang clean). Try to clean it close to your body so the kettlebell doesn’t flop over. If you are bruising your forearms you are doing it wrong. Loading the body on just one side like this one will force your core to stabilize your entire body and thus training the core the way its SUPPOSED to work. Along with proper nutrition this could help you get ripped abs. Visit my site www.rockbodyfitness.com to learn how you can earn your set of ripped abs.
