do crunches they’re easy and effective

but just working out alone won’t get u any abs u have to lose your fat (meaning u have to change your nutrition if you don’t eat well already)
a good way to lose fat is lifting weights and afterward do cardio exercises for at least 20-30 minutes (cardio is running, swimming etc)

keep in mind that you always have to enhance…i wouldn’t count the crunches you do or the weights you lift, do as many as you can so you keep improving and your muscles can grow. if you do like for example 100 crunches every day for the rest of your life u will stronger your abs in the first week then you can handle them already and you won’t help your muscles grow in any way, you have to improve daily to get quick results!

nutrition tip: don’t stop eating because when you’re starving you’re metabolism will make you even fatter…eat 5 small meals every day and not just 3 big ones… and eat meat as u need meat to grow your muscles. at nite i eat food that contains carbs which give me the necessary energy for doing my exercises on the next day

a decent muesli with a lot of grains and seed and a banana is a good start for the day and the grains help you to stop starving. the banana is optional, i use it to sweeten my muesli and bananas also let you be satisfied longer and gives u energy (if you eat a banana half an hour before working out u’ll get a great push of your energy)

when you feel a starving although you know u ate enough then try to drink water, sometimes being thirsty causes you to feel hungry. drink a lot of water anyways! because water binds fat so you can get rid of it more easily. also, drink a glass of water before each meal, it actually helps

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
    1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
    weight, lower for overweight).
    2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
    3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

    the question itself wrong
defenetly you will get six pack but not quickly
for that you have to follow a strict diet
at least 500 crunches a day
    daily 1hour abdomen workout
cut down your oil food/junk foods/sweets
the minimum duration is 16weeks hard workout

cardio (to burn fat) and various ab exercises—switch it up, don’t just do crunches. i know you’re a guy and everything, but seventeen magazine has amazing ab workouts—-> http://seventeen.com
also, try eating a low fat/carb diet and drinking green tea, which has been proven to fight ab fat and boost your metabolism. i have a cup every morning :)

Simple. Wayyy more fiber (5-10grams a meal) and protein and wayyy less carbs (a couple of servings a day of whole grained foods like grape nuts and oatmeal is great too.) and no sugary things. Water is extremely important too drink at least 5 8oz glasses a day.
    Do not do crunches everyday!
Doing too many abs will make them stronger, but not make them defined.
Every other day do 50-100 crunches,50-100 bicycles, 50-100 swimmer kickers (laying flat on your back with your hands either under you butt or under your head while your legs move up and down like you are swimming. Legs must be straight and only go as low as an inch from the gound and as high a half a foot off the ground.) crunches work your upper abs and these will show definition first. Bicycles work obliques (sides) and will be second easiest to get definition here followed by lower abs. Hope this helps!

You should have a specific exercise program that focus on abs area and support it with healthy eating plan and protein intake. Eat protein foods, this will help you for best and fast results. My boyfriend and his friends use one and most recommended abs program. It includes both abs exercises, full body exercises and eating plan. Take a look at it from http://www.diettipsandfitness.com maybe you will like it too.
    Good luck:)
