Im doing a high intensity program 3-4 times a week. I have very little fat on my stomach and i have good muscle definition. I have a 2 pack right now. How long will it be before i get a six pack?

depends what program you’re following
if you’re doing the right kind of exercises and have not a lot of fat to lose (this is normally the biggest barrier to definition) then you’ll get there within a month or so.
