    He is not lazy but showing an exercise for your transversus abdominis muscle. It is a deep muscle below your rectus abdominis, internal obliques and external obliques. Just look at wikipedia for a picture if you don’t believe me. Many body builders have weak tva muscles, but they do have a six pack only pooched out. But Frank Zane had an exercise for transversus abdominis: vacuum stomach exercise. It is the same as in the video, again if you don’t believe me look on the internet for Frank Zane.
