I love the idea that there are certain “power foods” you can choose for better abs. I have always had a curvy shape but now I am trying for an athletic body type. I am working on my fitness and looking to change my diet. Advice like this makes sense and gives me hope.

hmm, well I’m currently using the Abs Diet and it’s working at an extreme rate, I lost 30+ pounds in about a month. Just follow the exercise plan, eat healthy and cut down on what you eat. Btw it won’t hurt to eat something not the diet like pizza once a week but only when your like 6 weeks into the plan. So just keep at it people and you’ll get results, It always helps to use the heavier stuff if your serious… I’m hurling 25 lbs Dumbells like nothing and about to go to 40 lbs. Just do it!

hes saying u can run 2 marathons a day but if ur taking in more calories then ur burning ull still be fat… simple

He’s pretty accurate, but it’s not true that you need 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. This is a very very common claim that’s very inaccurate. You need less than half of that. Look at the Studies and you’ll see that you need about whatever your weight is in pounds times about 0.37 So, for example I weight 180 pounds so I need about 66 grams of protein a day. YES ONLY 66 grams! To much protein will not hurt you as studies have shown, but you are spending more money than you need to.

Obviously he was just using the two marathons as a figure of speech…it would be impossible to run two marathons a day. I think he knows enough about the subject, but is just not that great at conveying it.

when I talk to other people about him. they were like what the fuck is he talking abot wrong.
this guy is clueless for most part. Running 2 marathons a day and eating more food will change the body composition…and yes, you will lose fat. There are quite a few articles on the subject, including Berardi’s G-Flux.
