		<description>hey steve, just wanted to say best of luck with the re-launching of your website. i&#039;ve been watching your videos for a couple years now and they&#039;ve been very inspiring to me, and also explaining me the differences between the important info you say in each video compared to the daily crap i see on ads from Tv, etc.  My goal is to get in shape for my baseball season this summer. hope everything is successful in the future! (Awesome picture of yourself at the start of this video by the way!)</description>

The purpose is to do 2-3 10 minute sessions a day. They are short sessions so it is easier for people to squeeze them in.

Nothing wrong with 30 mins a day to get in shape.</description>
