i have a question concerning this muscle confusion i heard of.
Is is good for me to do the same exercises, for example just plain basic pushups all the time, but i just increse intensity, will that work?
or do i have to do various variations of pushups, various ab routines etc.
Please answer, Thank you so much

Thermogenic pills?
So let me get this straight: there are pills LEGALLY available to raise ur body temp, which is pretty much self-inducing yourself w. a fever?
Wow…people will seriously buy anything. Those things sound dangerous. :-/

not in a healthy way. its only healthy to lose 2 pounds and under in a week . You could probably realistically lose 15-16 but thats at a 2lb a week rate.
Steve, I stumbled across your videos and I must say that you are amazing. I love the format of your videos and the information you share with the Youtube community. I am now a subscriber and looking forward to more wonderful videos from you. Keep up the great work!!!
That’s probably not enough. 1) Decrease the amount you eat at each meal by 1/3. 2) No sweetened drinks, colas, juices, teas, etc. 3) Snack on fruit 4) No fast foods, 5) Don’t eat cakes, cookies, candies, eetc that often. 6) Walk or jog 20-30 mintues each day. 7) BE patient and consistent!

I think is better if you could be a high school weight training coach!
March 6th, 2010 at 10:13 pm
Before you go bashing the 10 minute trainer DVDs you should read up on them.
The purpose is to do 2-3 10 minute sessions a day. They are short sessions so it is easier for people to squeeze them in.
Nothing wrong with 30 mins a day to get in shape.
