Wow, I’ve done this twice a day for two days, and I’ve already lost two pounds. I haven’t changed my diet at all.

if by “big stomach” you’re talking about fat, i would suggest increasing your cardio workouts and cutting calories in your diet. think of it as your six pack hidden underneath a layer of “cushion” aka fat. so to get defined abs, you need to lose the fat. however, in the mean time, defined abs doesn’t mean strong core. so the fact that you do abs/core exercises is great in of itself. best of luck.
I do most of those moves in my ab exercise and I still have a big stomach.
