    I lost 30 lbs following the Abs Diet and daily exercise. Nowhere in the book does the author ever say that a single food is the key to weight loss. I’ve read the book from cover to cover. No gimmicks. That book taught me how to nutrition myself like any red-blooded man would, and to get back to my college weight.

    Oh hai! Have you heard about – fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my auntie got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost tons of fat with it.

    @Vegastrip2008 Thanks for the comment on the Abs Diet. Glad to see that you have in fact obtained results on it. I know Elkaim is a salesperson however, he has a tonne of free information available for the general public on nutrition and exercise. I simply say give all a chance especially since the principles are usually the same.

    I was actually on the verge of using the Abs Diet however after encountering Eating for Energy, that in turn unlocked the doors of raw foods and food combining and has led me to needing to do more research.

    As for this vid he is not bashing avocados…he’s simply saying that there is no 1 specific food and avocados are indeed full of fat. Even if they’re of the good kind I believe that constant intake may in fact get you a bit fat.

    Everything in moderation…

    Yuri, why do u say that about avocados :( I eat roughly 80-90g (half of one fruit) in my green salad almost every day (2 fruits per week, but when i eat avocado, i remove the tbsp of olive oil ) and my weight loss is going great(i’m at 17% bf, but i want to go lower)…i eat avocado because i know it has many benefits for my health , but u seem to not like them very much :( why is that?

    Now do not get me wrong but I’ve been looking on Google for many healthful & effective excess weight loss diet program plan and I discovered this unknown eating plan referred to as DietOramy – I am following the routine laid out and I am experiencing a number incredible achievements, and I am nevertheless consuming same as before, without hunger, just slightly different food…

    @monk3yboy69:Not everyone have access to brown rice and not many people like the taste of brown rice. It’s true that brown rice is perfect if you wanna get in shape fast, but if you know how to eat right, exercise right AND keep a note on your calorie intake, you would still be able to achieve your fitness goal. White rice is just a form of sugar, in other words energy, so eating plenty of it pre-workout (this is what I mean by eating right) will give you the power to lift better.

    @ducthinh2412 I think you will find it matters a whole bunch. White rice is refined (starch) and therefore far less nutritious. Brown rice is natural and whole grained. It contains all the goodness you need from rice. The brown rice will aid your digestion, whereas white rice will simply bloat you. You say it is the same thing, it aint! Through the process of getting rid of the whole grain value, it becomes a starch. AVOID!
