Another thing i love about the trx is that it trains your posture. Without strong and proper posture on the trx, movement during these exercises will be difficult and plain awkward. It is perfect for utilizing core stability during your workout and as you go about your day.

@Blessed2BeeAlive Absolutely! Using your bodyweight is a gREAT way to strengthen! I’m glad the push-ups look easier — they are actually a lot harder! lol
It is ideal to use UR own body weight for strengthening UR body, so this would be an ideal source for exercise & easy to carry with you where ever you go. Those push ups look easier to do with that kewl gadget.
