    Love your workouts. They make me want to do more. I just want to know what work out should be used to qet rid of back fat. Example “love handles” and excess.

    i was a triathlete in high school and now 4 years out need to tone the muscles that i have leftover from that and this has been perfect.
    i would love to see some more stretches before the videos or just a warm up video to get focused though thanks!!!

    @SuperOlh Still do the aerobics! Don’t stop. Just do half and half and the 7lbs will melt off within a month if you lose 2 lbs a week safely. Eat right and exercise.

    . i tried this vid today, and i loved it sooo much that i tried 6 others… i am soooo sorree but sooo happyy… your routines are amazing. i usually work out 3-4 times a week. i used to do aerobics, and, after trying your moves, i have decided to switch to pilates… how long do you think it will take for the results to show?? and do you think iit will help me lose about 7 lbs??

    @loved9508 Go to a gym and row or do the elliptical. Or run on the spot? How do you have nowhere to run? Lol. You need cardio to burn fat.
