		<description>Whew 45 minutes is quite a bit. However, I would consider this for the extreme trainers, those who would train for perfection. Good workout. Tried it and the abs were not happy with me lol.</description>

		<description>Good Job on the video, I came across this after I watched the Spartacus Workout Video. I  did the Spartacus workout yesterday and it was real intense I loved it. I will this a try also. Currently I weigh 169, I&#039;m 24 years old and stand at 5&#039;8&#039;&#039;, I was 240 pounds at 36% body fat 2 years ago... I will look at the rest of your videos for more stuff.</description>
