Every other day, training any muscle without giving them a day off is bad.
i read on this workout, and its a great workout, thanks for showing people that dont know, it does take alot of time but if u want it thats what u gotta do lol thanks for the great video!
I don’t see why not, especially if you do it at the end of a regular routine. It will help to burn fat.

the swings are tough. nat can you break this workout in half for time purposes?

6 Days back to back? I keep reading give at least 1 day off between ab workouts so they will grow. Do they mean 24 hours of rest or perform them every other day?

In my opinion yes, the swings incorporate other muscles that the arm engages in order to complete the exercise. Think about your muscles like gears, move one piece the other gears move as well, making those gears work as well. I am looking for a study on this. Take a look in a mirror next time your try these exercise.When I do these exercises looking in the mirror my core is flexing and working to get the job done. I will keep researching.
do the gorilla swings really do that much for your core? it looks like they’d do more for the arms.
@arjay2002ph according to the Men’s Fitness this will give you MMA abs if you do the routine for 6 days a week.
Yes it will get your lower abs in shape. Also look into lowering the fat in your diet. Seeing your abs is all about low body fat. Without lowering your body fat your abs will not show up the way you want them too.
Gorilla swings burn my arms hahaha
would this burn my belly fat? i don’t have a problem with my upper abs. the problem i have right now is to burn the fat in my lower abs. is ugly to look at.
This is no joke, Iv been doing this and alot more for months really has helpt My upper abs alot lower is the hardest..

Great ab routine Im going to start using this
Good Job on the video, I came across this after I watched the Spartacus Workout Video. I did the Spartacus workout yesterday and it was real intense I loved it. I will this a try also. Currently I weigh 169, I’m 24 years old and stand at 5’8”, I was 240 pounds at 36% body fat 2 years ago… I will look at the rest of your videos for more stuff.

Whew 45 minutes is quite a bit. However, I would consider this for the extreme trainers, those who would train for perfection. Good workout. Tried it and the abs were not happy with me lol.
