Anyone who thinks Shaun T is a joke go try to do his “Insanity” workouts.
@LeontariF1: No doubt. Hip Hop Abs is a good “workout” but if you want the best abs of your life you have to TARGET those abs with the very exercises they say you don’t have to do because you are doing this workout. It’s hilarious. Ab Ripper X is the best ab exercise you’ll ever do….it will KILL YOU….but it will kick your abs into shape faster than anything else out there!

This seems to be good for people that are not very fit or don’t want to do a hard Abs exercise. A much better workout is the P90X: Ab Ripper X. That really works your abs.
