i can do them with good form for the first few reps, then it gets really hard for me to go up right (controlled). so, is it ok if i go up with momentum and then go down slowly as in other exercises (like chinups) when you only do the down movement when you get started?
that was a great set. when you walked back to the camera after the excersize, you abz were thick as bricks. WTG

keep doing it then you will build those ab muscles. i say increase the number of reps every week if you haven’t done so.

This is one of the best exerciese for the core! I do this exercise 2 or 3 times a week now, for a couple of months. But i can only do the negative movement of this exercise (backward down) and can’t back to the top/begin of this movement. Do you have some tips dor this exercise? So I can do this exercise correct…

That’s good technique! You actually do them for max contraction of the abs by bringing legs down to be completely parallel with the bench. Dragon flags have been incorperated to my ab workouts two years ago and I still perform them religiously.
